We had four boxes of tomatoes to put up.


We cleaned, quartered, juiced and had enough to fill up 3 large pots!! 

DSCF7190 The next morning we put the first two pots on the stove along with peppers, onions, and lots of other goodies.  We let it simmer for almost six hours and then worked on canning the sauce.


After that was done, I put the last pot on the stove.  (It was about 5 pm at this point) 


We had a grand total of 25 quarts of spaghetti sauce!! (Guess what we had for supper that evening ;)
